By accessing or using Graffiti Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Graffiti Generator provides free browser tools that transform text using Unicode character maps and generate graffiti-style PNG images. Tools are provided for personal and commercial creative use subject to third-party font licenses described on the site.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

We do not offer user accounts. You are responsible for how you use generated output on third-party platforms, which have their own rules.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service at scale
• Misrepresent generated output as official branding of another person or company
• Use invisible or zalgo text to evade moderation, impersonate others, or harm users
• Upload malware or automated traffic that degrades the service for others

Site content, branding, and original code are owned by Graffiti Generator or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source fonts on the site remain under their respective licenses in `public/fonts/`.

You may use PNG exports and Unicode output you generate for personal or commercial projects when you comply with applicable font licenses and platform terms. We do not claim ownership of the specific words you type.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Platform compatibility notes reflect testing at a point in time and may become outdated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graffiti Generator and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graffiti Generator and its operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

The site links to third-party sites and documents. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Paste behavior on Instagram, Discord, Slack, and other apps is controlled by those platforms, not by us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
