How to make bubble letters that actually look puffy
Three things make a letter read as "bubble": rounded corners, letters that overlap slightly, and a bright highlight on the top-left of each letter. The generator handles all three. Negative letter spacing pushes the letters together, the thick outer outline merges them into one shape, and the Shine toggle adds that glossy reflection.
For a flat sticker look, switch off 3D depth and shadow. For more of a graffiti feel, drop the background onto brick and push the outline thicker.
Bubble letters for printing and coloring
Teachers and parents use this a lot for classroom signs and coloring pages. The trick: pick the Solid fill, set the fill color to white, the outline to black and choose the Paper background. You'll get clean outlined bubble letters ready to print and color in. Download the SVG if you're printing larger than letter size, so the lines stay sharp.
Need each letter on its own? The bubble letters alphabet has every letter from A to Z ready to download.
Bubble letters vs bubble text
This tool makes an image. If you want bubble-style characters to paste into an Instagram bio or Discord name, use the bubble text generator instead. It outputs circled Unicode letters like β·β€ββββ that work anywhere you can type.
Bubble font generator and printable bubble letters
Think of this as a bubble font generator with the hard part done for you: the fonts are already rounded, and the tool adds the overlap, outline and shine. For a printable bubble letters generator, choose the Paper background, white fill and black outline, then print the SVG.
